Traditional English Christmas Cakes
Treat yourself to a traditional English Christmas Cake just like my mother-in-law makes. We use all natural ingredients including real butter and dark sugar.
Our Christmas Cake is very rich, moist, full of currants, sultanas, raisins, mixed fruit, candied cherries, nuts and spices all of which come together to create a cake that makes the perfect holiday dessert.
We make our own Almond Marzipan and place a generous layer over each cake. The cake is then covered with Royal Icing.
The cake is prepared several weeks ahead in order to obtain the perfect mixture of flavours.
